- The piece must have the label attached to it;

- You cannot have any signs of use;

- The deadline to claim the EXCHANGE/RETURN must be 15 CURRENT days after receipt of the purchase;

-In case of DEFECT, the period is 30 CURRENT days after receipt of purchase.
